Although it is recommendable to practice sports with own equipment, at Los Roques Archipelago you will find tourism operators for each field, most of them offering courses and renting any necessary equipment. In fact, owners of Posada Arrecife Los Roques are also owners of the school and diving center's Arrecife Diver's.
And if talking about climatologic conditions, in general, the climate is very generous: sunny and with minimum precipitations, the trade winds which blow permanently northeast - southwest direction are above 15 knots between November and March and around 12 knots rest of the year.
